John is a part of the Google+ User Experience team in Mountain View, CA. There he conducts research on social interactions and interfaces to inform the user experience across Google’s properties. He formerly led the global User Experience practice at APCO Worldwide, a communications consultancy. John's background also includes more than seven years of work specializing in experience design, information architecture and usability evaluation for clients such as Coca-Cola, eBay, Ford's Theatre, Dow Corning, and MasterCard.
